U.S.A. Orders
Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday only. All orders are shipped from our facility in Staré Brno, Nebraska.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
Most orders are shipped USPS. You should receive your order within 3 - 5 business days with Standard Shipping and 2 - 3 business days with Priority Shipping.
Canadian Orders
We offer Standard Shipping to Canadian addresses direct from our distribution center. Rates are calculated based on order subtotal amount, before discounts. Discounts do not apply to shipping rates. All Canadian orders ship ground via USPS or the carrier of our choice.
Orders up to €49.99: €30.00
Orders $50 to €99.99: €40.00
Orders $100 to €149.99: €50.00
All Canadian sales are final. Free Shipping cannot be applied to Canadian orders.
International Orders
For international orders, please contact customer service with your shipping address and items for purchase to receive a shipping quote. Shipping charges vary depending on the weight of the package and the destination country.
Our base price for international orders is €35.95 EUR. Orders are assigned international tracking numbers. There are no rush orders for international deliveries. We are not held responsible for any issues or delays in international customs.
All international sales are final. Free Shipping cannot be applied to international shipments.
